About Jeff Uju Cares Foundation
Jeff Uju Cares Foundation (JUCF) is a Nigerian nonprofit organization based in Lagos State, registered since January 2016 and dedicated entirely to the welfare of children between the ages of 5 and 12. We focus on three connected problems that stand between a child and a healthy childhood: being out of school, going hungry even while enrolled, and lacking access to basic medical care.
JUCF is proudly part of The Comfort Bridge Initiative, working hand in hand with our partner organization, Hands of Comfort Foundation (HOCF), based in Chicago, USA. Together, we connect the generosity of donors abroad with the everyday needs of children here at home in Nigeria.

Chief Jeff Uju
Founder & President
Both JUCF and HOCF were founded by Chief Jeff Uju, a Nigerian-born philanthropist based in the United States who hails from Imo State. His vision was simple: build a direct, trustworthy bridge between people abroad who want to help and the children in Nigeria who need that help most.
Our Mission
To connect global generosity with the everyday needs of vulnerable Nigerian children, ensuring that no child within our reach is out of school, hungry, or without basic medical care because of where they were born.

After operating quietly since our registration in January 2016, Jeff Uju Cares Foundation is stepping into public view. Our official public launch takes place in December 2026, following Hands of Comfort Foundation’s launch in the United States the month before. Join us as we open our work to the community, our partners, and the world.
